Bezmialem Vakif University focuses entirely on medicine and health sciences. Its roots go back to the Gureba Hospital, founded in 1845 by Bezmiâlem Valide Sultan, and it became a university in 2010. The faculties of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and health sciences work alongside the university's own hospitals, so students train in a real clinical setting from early on.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need the YÖS exam? — Not necessarily YÖS itself, but an exam result is required: DİM (450+), SAT, ACT, IB or a YÖS-type exam.
- How long does the application take? — A faculty committee reviews each file; once your documents are complete, a decision usually comes within a few weeks.
- I don't speak Turkish — can I still study here? — Teaching is mainly in Turkish, so you would start with TÖMER or a preparatory year. Students from Azerbaijan usually pick up Turkish quickly.
- How do I get a discount? — The 10% discounts shown apply to students who apply through us.
